Key Personnel

TREVOR BEST – Managing Director with overall responsibility for the business.  He is also its founding Director and has spent a lifetime in the occupational pensions field.  Previous posts held include Managing Director of AWD Chase De Vere Consulting Ltd and Operations Director of AWD Group PLC.

GILLIAN BEST – Responsible for the implementation of all regulatory requirements. She graduated from Manchester University in 2002 with a joint honours degree in Modern Languages and then completed a post graduate diploma in law in 2003.  From 2009 she worked in a north west regional firm of lawyers before qualifying as a solicitor in the same year.

LEIGH BOSWORTH – A Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, Leigh has worked in the occupational pensions field throughout his career and his previous posts include Aon Consulting and AWD Chase De Vere.

ANDREW CLARKE – Primarily responsible for managing client relationships and marketing for our Master Trust.  He is also Account Director for several long-standing clients.  Andrew has worked in corporate pensions throughout his career, including 12 years as an Independent Financial Adviser.  Previous posts include Sedgwick Noble Lowndes and Towry Law.  He has worked closely with the executive team since 2008.

SAMANTHA BOURNE – Responsible for all administrative processes and their delivery to clients.  Previous posts include administration manager for AWD’s northern employee benefits division and Cigna Employee Benefits.

KEN SOPER – Responsible for the development of the business and its contacts in the south of England and has worked as a pensions practitioner for over 30 years.  He has particular expertise in the design and implementation of Defined Contribution schemes and is also an Automatic Enrolment specialist with emphasis on the use of Master Trusts. Previous posts include Baker Tilly’s employee benefits group, LEBC Group and Goddard Perry Consulting.
